Flat rate for this service is $1,750 (which includes filing fees, HST & disbursements).
Professional service of the Application can be added for an additional fee if required.
Note: The current Court filing fee to obtain a divorce in Ontario is $632.

Kirsi has been working in the Kenora legal market since graduating from the Robson Hall Faculty of Law (University of Manitoba) in 2015. Upon completing her articles, she was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2016.
Before opening her own practice in 2019, Kirsi practiced various types of litigation law with one of Kenora's longest-established firms, including family, criminal and civil cases.
Today, as a solo practitioner, her focus is on providing high-quality family law solutions to clients in the Kenora district. Kirsi can assist you with uncontested and contested matters, including Separation Agreements, Divorce, and family law Court proceedings.
You may also recognize Kirsi from her roles as part-owner of a downtown Kenora business, and a member of City Council for the 2018-2022 term.
